ControlDesk includes advanced Reseller Management system. You can create Hosting Accounts and designate them to your different customers/resellers. You can also transfer accounts between your customers at a later stage.
1. Log in to ControlDesk with your username & password.
2. In Products section, Select Reseller Transfers.
3. You can search your account based on domain name, package, customers/resellers or Server IP Address.
Enter the search criteria and click Search Hosting Account.
4. Your hosting accounts should be now listed. Select accounts for which you wish to transfer by selecting checkbox next to it.
5. Select new Customer/Reseller Account and click on Transfer.
Your Hosting Account will now be listed under your new customer/reseller's account.
Please note :
When you transfer accounts between customers/resellers, they are transferred as individual Hosting Accounts in the new account. If you wish to transfer the account to your customer's Reseller Package, please use Reseller Transfer option from Account Management section of that hosting account.
