All Hosting Accounts purchased separately are processed by us. When your account is created, Account Activation Email is sent to you. For security reasons, we do not include password of in the activation email. Instead, it is encrypted with your account's unique encryption key and stored in Password Vault.
To Retrive New Account Passwords 1. Log in to ControlDesk with your username & password. 2. In Tools section, Select Retrive Passwords. 3. Your new Hosting Account should be now listed. 4. Click on Retrive to retrive your password.
