Catch-all email is an email account which receives emails sent to non-existing email addresses of your domain name. When server receives emails for your domain, it checks for Mailbox or Email Alias with same name. If both are missing, then email is forwarded to catch-all.
1. Log in to ControlDesk with your username & password.
2. In Products section, Select Hosting Accounts & Search & Manage Account.
3. You can search your account based on domain name, package, customer/reseller or Server IP Address. Enter the search criteria and click Search Hosting Account.
Alternatively, you can also List all your accounts by selecting List All Accounts in Hosting Accounts section.
4. Your hosting account should be now listed. Click on the Domain name for which you wish to setup catch-all email.
5. Click Mail Aliases.
6. If catch-all email is already setup, you should see it listed as Catch-all Alias. To modify, click Edit next to it.
To setup catch-all, Click Setup Catch-all Alias. (This option will be shown only of Catch-all is not setup).
7. Select your destination mailbox or email address (using Option A or B) which should receive catch-all emails.
