Founded in 1997, IndiaLinks Managed Hosting (with Corporate identity
IndiaLinks Web Hosting Pvt Ltd) provides Managed Hosting services
to enterprises of all sizes.
Early on, our founders recognized that customers were looking for
more than just Web Hosting - they needed service. We focused our
attention on the customer, pioneering the "Managed Web hosting"
concept and coining the phrase "Live Support" to describe our
unique level of customer service.
This business model has made us one of the successful companies
in the Web hosting market today, with more than 5000 Resellers
in 190 different countries having served over 72000 accounts.
Our customer base encompasses all sectors and sizes, from small businesses
to industry leaders. Naturally, a client base this diverse has many
different requirements. We cater to these needs by offering flexible,
scalable solutions - from basic hosting account to complex dedicated
server clusters - on a variety of platforms. We have been acting as a Back
bone to many of the ISPs who uses our resources to offer Custom Branded
Hosting Solutions to their customers.
All our hosting solutions, however, have one thing in common - our very
own brand of customer service, which we call Live Support.
Quite simply, this means that we believe in a team approach to support. When you sign up
with IndiaLinks, you will be assigned a Live Support team, in which
everyone is familiar with your account and everyone from your Account
Manager to your Billing Specialist is held accountable for the service you

In 1998, IndiaLinks became one of the first companies in India to achieve
the Premier Partner Status of Network Solutions (A Verisign Company), then
the only Domain Registrar offering Domain Name Registrations (com/net/org)
in the world and achieved mark of 1000 Domain registrations in less than 6
months of starting the operations. IndiaLinks won the Best Indian Premier
Partner Award in the contest held in 1999 registering over 4300 Domains in
period of 3 months from Aug-Oct of 1999. Maintaining a constant growth,
IndiaLinks was granted GOLD Premier Partner Status by Network Solutions (A Verisign Company) in 2001.

the world of infotech. He is dynamic, futuristic and a firm believer in

pioneering vision and leadership skills has transformed the company into a
much respected titan on the world of web. Bhavin has represented the
country in many of the International Conferences.
