When you interact or engage with us on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram through posts, comments, questions and other interactions, we may collect such publicly available information, including profile information, to allow us to connect with you, improve our products, or better understand user reactions and issues. This information may remain with us even if you delete it from the social media sites. You may contact us at dataprivacy@indialinks.com to request that we remove your information from our database.

1.9  Testimonials

When you authorise us to post testimonials about our products and services on IndiaLinks Websites, we may include your name and other personal data in the testimonial after your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent any time and ask us to remove your testimonial.

-  Object to the Processing of Personal Data : This right entitles Customers to request that we no longer process Personal Data.

-  Request the erasure of Personal Data : This right entitles Customers to request the erasure of Personal Data, including where such Personal Data would no longer be necessary to achieve the purposes.

-  Request the restriction of the processing of Personal Data : This right entitles Customers to request that we only processes Personal Data in limited circumstances, including with consent.

-  Request portability of Personal Data : This right entitles Customers to receive a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) of Personal Data that Customers have provided, or request us to transmit such Personal Data to another data controller.

To the extent that the processing of Personal Data is based on Consent, Customers have the right to withdraw such Consent at any time by contacting IndiaLinks' Data Privacy Officer. Please note that this will not affect IndiaLinks' right to process Personal Data obtained prior to the withdrawal of consent, or its right to continue parts of the processing based on other legal basis other than consent.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

IndiaLinks hereby reserves the right to amend, alter, modify, replace or suspend this Privacy Policy, from time to time, in its sole discretion. All such changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective when posted on IndiaLinks' website.

15.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India
